What happens during the initial consultation?

We walk your space, understand how you use your home and talk through your goals, priorities and possibilities. This is a working conversation that sets the direction for everything that follows. There is no pressure to move forward.

Will I receive a detailed estimate?

Yes. After the initial consultation, you receive a detailed written proposal outlining the full scope of work, materials, timeline and pricing. We refine it together before any construction begins so you have a clear picture of what is included and what is not.

How long does a renovation typically take?

It depends on scope. Single room renovations typically run two to four months from first conversation to final walkthrough. Multi room and whole home renovations commonly take six to twelve months. We build the schedule with you upfront and share it in writing.

Who will I be working with throughout the project?

You work directly with John and Rachel, the husband and wife team behind Atlas. One of us is always in the field and the other is always available. The same people stay involved from first conversation through final walkthrough. You will not be handed off between sales, project management and crew.
